Cramps etc 2 weeks before af

Does anyone else get cramps and that empty period coming feeling as early as 2 weeks before af comes? I feel like after I have ovulated and it's not worked straight away I can tell. It's not a 2ww it's just a hellish 2 weeks of knowing I'm not and waiting on it coming. It's as if my body can tell me straight away I have failed. Just wondering if anyone is the same??
