I don't know what to do ..

Okay so I had what looked to be a positive opk on the first or an almost positive but not really any symptoms of O . I took another that night and it was a lot fainter .last week i had two very faint positive dollar tree test , I just thought it was a evap line .. AF was due on the 18th hasn't shown yet . I've had cramping on and off since like 9dpo .. I took a digital weeks estimator on the 19th .. And it came up not pregnant . Ive had a major increase in cm since yesterday several times I thought it could have been AF . I had sore boobs but I played it off as nothing because I'm breastfeeding my little man still a few times a day . But now in extreamly naseous . And cramping really bad .. My stomach is really hurting like I have a lot of gas or have to go #2 but I'm extreamly constipated . I don't know if I'm pregnant or what or if I ovulated later then I expected but typically I cramp the day if AF and my cm dries up three days before AF not to mention my cervix are extreamly high I can't even feel them ..
