Planning baby#2

Hi I'm new to glow! Just wanted to share my story and get some friendly advice :-) me and hubby have a little girl recently turned 2! And would love nothing more than to give her a little bro/sis. We conceived our daughter through the help of clomid and after several cycles and devastatingly 2 MC later we are very blessed to have her and can't wait for another although we are really scared to go through it all again. I was diagnosed with PCOS at 17 yrs old and at the time it wasn't such an issue to me as it is now. My cycles are very strange now they are more frequent since having our daughter than they ever were. Like 2 periods per month!! Don't have a clue where to start and trying to track ovulation will be a challenge. Any advice would be great thank you :-) xxx
