At home fetal doppler..should I?

Alright guys, I need some serious input. I really want to buy the Sonoline B Pocket Fetal. From the research I've done it is FDA approved and considered safe. I had a miscarriage in November and I feel like it would give me some serious peace of mind in between doctors visits. However I've heard sometimes you just can't pick up a heartbeat. Whether it be the baby moving around or them being in a difficult position, ect. I'm curious of your opinions of the peace of mind vs not being able to find the heartbeat. Thank you!

I don't know which brand mine was but my mom bought me one after becoming pregnant after a miscarriage and it was the best thing ever! It gave me peace ofmind when I would start to worry that i might lose my baby... I used it up to my third trimester and by then the babies move so you get reassurance from that. It really helped me.

I finally decided on buying one. I've had it for about 3 weeks now and I'm glad I did! It gives such peace of mind and let's face it there's no better sound than their heartbeat!

What's the earlyest you can hear a heart best with a Doppler?

I got mine in the mail and I'm 6weeks5days and I heard all kinds of things but every so often it would spike up to the upper 130s and then it would go away and it was only in the same area so I'm hoping that was the babies...they say it's too early to hear it and I didn't hear it but I saw it on the numbers...my artery was in the lower hundreds so the only thing that I can think would make it jump up in the babies...maybe...hopefully...lol

I was worried about with my son but I didn't go and buy one of those because I was worried about not beig able to find the heart beat and worrying that I'd just get too stressed and I have anxiety and some nervous disorders so I thought it would be better for me to not to have that option and all I'd do all day would try and find the heart beat. I just kept focused and all the throwing up I did when I was pregnant with my son I was going to see the pregnancy through and when I get old I'm going to give him as much hell as he's given me haha

Well I honestly had a scare Easter weekend with some bleeding. :/ But a actually found an app. That let's you hear the baby's heart beat!! It cost $5, and it did take me a while to find it, and IT DOES have tons if static. But I found it!! It's called my baby's beat! But good luck to you!!
