Energy levels early pregnancy
I'm 5 weeks 3 days and struggling with low energy levels. I think it's a combination of my body working hard growing this little apple seed, the several big work deadlines I have looming right now, and that my husband is currently suffering from a sore throat and fever that my body has worked hard to fight so far. I'm just feeling wiped out, and my usual tea/coffee/energy drink boost is out of the question. So does anyone have any natural remedies for energy boosts? Swear by a particular smoothie or low level exercise? I need help to get through this week! Natural energy boost ideas, anyone?
