Spotting on cd35

I'm on my first clomid cycle - I'm currently cd35 in my cycle and ovulated on cd18.... So 17dpo. Currently 5 days late for AF. I have had 2 BFNs.

I've been experiencing cramping over the last week by my pubic bone, I kept thinking AF was coming but it didnt. This morning I had some cramps and some brown spotting, almost like discharge. Usually when AF comes it's heavy from the start. If it stays like this then I couldn't call this a real period.

Is it possible that it's a late implantation bleed?
