Ovulation curiosity
I normally have a 27 day cycle, recently it has been a 25 day cycle also. This month I have started with ovulation testing even though I know I ovulate each month. I just wanted to pin point exactly when. I ovulated on cd 11 and just wondered if this was normal as text books say cd 14. I know I might sound stupid saying all this as no one is text book with their cycles I just wanted to make sure I'm normal! I'm now cd 16 and yesterday I was having sharp twinges, almost spasm like in my lower back and sharp twinges in my lower right abdomen but they didn't feel like the 'normal' ovulation pains that I get.
This month I have also been taking raspberry leaf supplements for the first time which have me stomach cramps a couple of days after AF finished and they didn't feel like the 'normal' cramps that I get. It was like a really heavy feeling and was a bit tender to touch. I take EPO and once I had my positive opk I stopped taking as advised. I know all of this is probably normal but had to get it out there just to make sure I am!! So if anyone can reassure or explain any of this it would be much appreciated.
Is ovulation on cd 11 normal?
