Question about ovulation

Hey I have a question so this cycle has been crazy as far as my temps go. I am on clomid and dr gave me 3-7cd at 100mg. This is my third cycle. I didn't do ovulation test this month dr told me to just dtd every other day all month. Well today I have had cramps that have been different then any other before and the we just dtd and it hurt which is really a first. Is it possible that I am ovulating right now is that why the cramps and the pain during sex or could It be implantation? Today is cd 19. This is my fist time with clomid on cd 3-7 normally I do cd 5-9 so I have no idea where I am in my cycle.
