Dizziness before BFP?

Did anyone have dizzy spells before their BFP or does that usually come later on? I'm 11 DPO and have had light dizzy spells since about 8 DPO but so brief, I didn't think much of them. Then today, I was running and at about 1.5 miles (which is only about 1/3 of the way into my usual run and not challenging to me at all ) I got this horrible spell of dizziness and wave of nausea so bad that I had to stop and sit down. I haven't done anything different lately so I'm wondering if this could be a sign??? Also, here's my chart, my temp has gone up the last two days. Any opinions? Stupid TWW!!!​
