Freaked out ..

Okay guy I've been spotting brown discharge for a a while , feeling kinda odd I guess you could say mostly at night . We'll I'm not convinced the spotting is AF . Maybe just because I don't wanna count myself out just yet .. Or maybe because I feel that it's much to light and not typical for my period to be light enough to only need a linner .. I know there is a possibility that it COULD be implantation bleeding idk exactly how many days past O I am .. But I was googling brown spotting and people were talking about how they had brown spotting with tubular / eptopic pregnancies .. (I know darn google) I'm not really hurting just crampy on and off I've heard eptopic and tubular pregnancy can have you in a ton of pain ?? I've worried myself so that I think I'm imagining a pain in my right ovary now .. Like I didn't noticed it until i read what people wrote .. But I really haven't felt myself in a few days ... So worried now ..
