After miscarriage, when to expect AF?

Hello ladies,  I had a misscarriage at 5w6d.. It's been a month since my miscarriage, no signs of AF, no signs of pregnancy. (2 negative tests) I'm starting to freak out. My cycles are always about 28-29 days and I'm almost past that time. I'm wondering on when I should expect my first cycle  after a miscarriage? DH and I are trying again, but we're confused on when to actively be trying. Any help would be great. Thanks :)
