Telling family after sister lost her baby

I have been ttc for over a year and in between our efforts my sister got bfp. In November she had her beautiful boy but there were complications and sadly this jan he passed. It hit our whole family so hard. Now I just got bfp and scared to say anything to family and honestly feel awful for her. This won't be easy and not sure how or when to say. This is will be our 2nd. Any advice?.
