Low amh

Hi everybody, if you have a low amh and have been sucessful in conceiving could you please tell your story? I have just found out I have a really low amh level, endometriosis and an adrenal gland mass which has to be dealt with before the endometriosis can be looked at. I'm only 30 and I am absolutely gutted right now as I was told I will probably not conceive without ivf.
