Healthy recipes meals, snacks etc

I was thinking it would be fun for us to share a healthy recipe as I myself am always looking for new things to try and Pinterest is so hit or miss with these types of things. :)
I'll start
I really like salmon and fish has been known to have some health benefits.
I usually use two nice sized salmon filets
1/2 cup of soy sauce
1 tbsp of honey or maple syrup
2 tsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp of dill
2tbsp lemon pepper
And salt and pepper to taste
Your going to want to start by cutting the dark back off the salmon (that's what gives it that fishy taste) sprinkle the lemon pepper all over and set it aside. Next pour the soy sauce, honey, brown sugar and dill into a large bowl or zip lock bag (I always taste it to make sure I like the marinade you can always add things to it) put the salmon in the mixture and let sit fit about two hours.
To cook you can either throw on the grill for roughly 6 minutes a side or wrap it up in foil set the oven to 350 and bake for 15-20 minutes. Pairs really well with a nice leafy salad.
