8 days late and still getting a neg result...

I had intercourse with my partner on my supposed ovulation day... Which was on the 24th of may, and since then, been very hopeful ... But to my surprise, i have not even had the major symptoms of pregnancy which is usually my swollen boobs, so i am wondering why? And this makes it the third test that i wld be taking now that reveal all negative... So even if i wasnt pregnant, at least can mother nature just give me my period back  so i can my next ovulation better ??
