Pregnant ? PLEASE HELP !

​So I had a miscarriage on April 26, 2014. I was 11w 6d and went into labor and had no clue, he came out after 3 hours along with most of the placenta. I was put on methergine to get rid of everything remaining. I had an appointment about a week later and everything was okay. I didn't feel pregnant anymore either.  We had sex unprotected a few times not intending to get pregnant (I know we should've been more careful), but my boobs have been sore for two days. Decided to take a pregnancy test just to rule it out and it was a VERY strong positive. Could I really be pregnant ????
