Fertile window starts today!

My favorite time of the month! Why!? Because it's a clean slate and it's the only time I have control over. DH are determined to do everything we can this week to make it happen. 17 months, 2 MCs, and an endo surgery later! Using SMEP. Still low on my CBFM, but should start getting my highs today or tomorrow. Who's with me? What are you doing different this month?
