9dpo and So many symptoms - tmi

Light cramping, dull back aches, frequent urination, nausea Buy no sickness, hungry but don't navy anything and can't finish meals, tired, breasts are sore and nipples are larger and slightly darker and covered in LOADS of milk spots, super runny nose that is stuffy but is like water it just drips out! Covered in acne and feel sleep all the time, I think my smell is slightly more sensitive but not too much and been getting twinge/vibrations in my uterus! This is SO different to my regular pms symptoms and I've been ttc for 11 months now so I know my pms symptoms down to a T! I'm only 9 dpo and think implantation already happened as I had an implantation dip at 6dpo, do these signs sound good? Preying I'm pregnant but my hopes aren't high incase I'm not. I can't say I feel pregnant as I don't know what that feels like but I would definitely say I feel different? Hmm anyone?
