Hard tummy? or squishy?

Ok so I'm about 8 weeks pregnant and my hubby says I look fatter but my belly feels squishy! Is that normal​

Im 17wk5d and dont have a "bump" yet! Bc i have long torso and baby is still below belly button but all my organs and stuff are moving around and i cant suck in anymore so i look fatter than normal but havent gained a pound
