I feel like it's never going to happen!

I have been trying for over a year off and on. I did not have AF for six months. Did tests and I was not ovulating at all. My doctor put me back on birth control for three months and I lost 20lbs. When I came off birth control my doctor put me on Femara. Still no O!!! Upped the dose still no O!!! Tried Clomid at 50 still no O!!! Did a combo cycle of Clomid and Femara and finally Oed. I have Oed for the last 3 months but no BFP!!! I have had three surgeries. I had an Ovarian Drilling April 2013, and two diagnostic laps looking for anything possibly causing me not to get pregnant. I definitely have PCOS and mild endo. Talked to the doctor last week and he wants to do a Semen analysis on DH and if that is fine an HSG on me even though he ran dye through my tubes and they were clear in November during lap. If DH count is decent and tubes are clear I guess we are moving on to IUI.... Not sure if I will stay on current drugs or move on to injectibles!!! I never imagined TTC would be this hard!!! I know some of you ladies have been trying a lot longer! I don't see how you do it!!! Any advice to keep me from going completely insane!!!
