Rainbow baby!

Took a test last night and got the brightest positive I have ever seen. It even stold from control line and as I was peeing the positive line was there immediately! I have a daughter who just turned 7, had a mc last November. I'm very nervous, can't believe it I got a BFP, and got twitchy pains in ovaries which makes me nervous. Going to call doctor tomorrow, also nervous with hypothyroid.
