anyone experienced this or had a good outcome

hi ladies just wondering if anyone is going through what I am...I've been TTC for last 4 years.. no contraception at all since my first son.. my cycle is 30-34 days and usually 5 day bleed first 2 days r heavy & then medium the next 2 and just wiping the 5th sorry if tmi.. this month 1st day (sunday)was medium flow and from Monday its only there when I wipe but away today?? is my body changing or any advice please
