could do with some advise

hi everyone, not sure what to make of this it could just be nothing, I have been having a sore chest and bad back for a few days, usily that the sign of my period coming, Monday night there was some light pink spotting so just assumed that was the start of it, woke up the next morning and there was nothing, my stomach has been feeling a little funny since Monday to but again assumed it was all to do with a period, to day the pain in my stomach is above my belly button and to the right so defo not period pain, have been told to take a test but glow has my period as being from the 5th of June so don't want to take a test to early, or take a test to be disappointed if it says there's no baby, does anyone know what this could be or have any advice please
