Hurting ....

Alright so in July when I had my son I had an epesiotomy , I have had no pain / felt uncomfortable or anything since the incision healed . I can still feel the bumps where the stitches were tied off .. Keep in mind I'm ten months postpartum .. We'll for some reason where they cut me is really sore , it feels bruised . I've had no more sex then usual , haven't done anything different .. But it's really uncomfortable ??
