Did anyone concieve straight after a chemical?

I suffered a chemical this month and waiting for AF to finish so I can start trying again - did anyone conceive straight after a chemical or miscarriage ?

I conceived 2 months after , my doctor said wait 1-2 cycles

Yes! I did. I'm 4weeks 1day today with lots of symptoms after MC at  almost 5weeks last month

I have heard that after a misscarriage that you are highly fertile after which could mean pregnacy again soon after. Please don't get your hopes up that this is true but it's just something iv heard xx
