Cervix dilated

Too make a long story short... I tested positive and went to see my obgyn. She did a vaginal ultrasound since I couldn't pin point my last period. She said based on the ultrasound I could be really early like 3 wks or miscarrying. She also mentioned my cervix was opened a lil. I had light to medium spotting two weeks ago but no signs whatsoever now. She scheduled me for another ultrasound next week to see if there's any progress. And she also tested my blood levels which came back fine. She mentioned I could get a stitch to close my cervix if I'm not miscarrying. Any stories to share?
