Worried for no reason?

So I'm 8 weeks 3 days today with baby #2. I still have some symptoms but not as strong for the most part. I feel everything is still perfect. My OB won't do an ultrasound until 20 weeks because I had one at the ER at 6 weeks. My life had been falling apart lately tho and I'm terrified that maybe I miscarried or will miscarry and not know. My guy says everything is perfect and going well, but I can't help but be a little nervous...
