late ovulation frustration.

Well I've been tracking my cycles and find that ovulation is occurring 6-7 days before my period is expected. I've told my doctor (who has a large practice) and he scheduled labs and an ultrasound to diagnose suspected PCOS. I had my ultrasound, which is abnormal but not a typical PCOS, and I was seen after he reviewed it, and he acted as though he didn't even request the ultrasound. He walked in and said, "come back in 3 months if you're not pregnant" and left. Which doesn't fix my late O. I love my gynecologist, but I don't know what to do. Are there any safe home remedies for fixing ovulation? & I also have endometriosis.
