Hungry?

I've been REALLY hungry lately not sure if I am because these were my pregnancy tests the blue dye was the 7th the pink dye was today, but if I'm pregnant and I don't eat, would that hurt the baby? I know this is a dumb question, but I heard some women did that to like reduce weight gain? ​​

Sometimes I barely eat because of my bad nausea & all day sickness,I feel like a terrible mom already because of that,also I sometimes skip my vitamins ?

Congrats! Your baby desperately needs nutrients right now, as the first trimester is vital for proper development. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water (80 ounces or more). If you're feeling hungry, try to eat fruits and veggies instead of things that don't have nutrients to them like crackers, chips, pretzels, etc. You're pregnant and you will gain weight. Start a daily walking regimen of about 20-30 minutes in the beginning and gradually increase it as you can. Good luck!
