Can you get pregnant from having sex in a pool?

 Okay so my boyfriend and I had sex in a pool today. It's been 3 days since my period ended, and I just took the first pill of my new birth control pack (this will be my 3rd pack of the pills, and I took the pill about 1 hour after we had sex). We obviously didn't use a condom, and he didn't finish inside me (I finished him off). Is there a chance I could get pregnant? Like at all? I was still in the water when he finished, but his semen didn't actually go inside me. Does chlorine kill semen or no?
