6 DPO help!

My husband and I have been ttc for 6 months now and ive havent experienced this until this month.. I started cramping on the night of my peak.. And it's been a constant dull cramping right above my pelvic bone.. And my boobs have been getting more and more sore over the past 3 days. I know I'm only 6 dpo but I took a pregnancy test bfn.. But am I having early symptoms?! This 2ww is giving me anxiety!!! ?
