TTC with ovarian cysts

Has anyone conceived with an ovarian cysts just found out today and the ob dr knows Ive been trying over a year and he just said to come back whenever needed?? I'm confused only seen him twice the first visit was to see why I can't get Prego so he set up next apt for vaginal ultrasound then those were my results. I'm very confused why wouldn't he address them when I'm trying to get freakn pregenant or do you do anything with them? I had them a lot in the past in my teens and they would get real big and eventually pop on their own but would hurt like crazy for days. Please any advice would be great
