I stayed in bed with a pillow under my bum and stayed like that for an hour. Did it with the conception of my daughter and my current pregnancy.?

I never kept my legs in the air. I did stay in bed because usually we were about to go to sleep.

Nothing happened for us for 6 years, until I was messing around with the hubby and put my legs up afterwards. Ended up pregnant, but miscarried. This is what I have been trying this month. I mean, its the ONLY thing we did different. I think it depends on the position of your cervix maybe.
