How many 8oz cups of water do you drink in a day?

My personal trainer recommends a gallon of water a day, I try but some days fall short of 128oz, but I always drink more than 64oz!!

If you drink water too fast and too much you CAN get water poisoning, but if you drink a lot throughout the day, like even a water bottle (16oz) every 2 hours or so

It's recommended that you drink half your body weight in ounces. So if you're 150 lbs, you should drink 75 oz in a day. Unless you exercise, then you need more.

Drinking water is really good but everyone knows too much of anything could be bad. Too much water isn't good at all, especially if you take in a lot of sodium, it retains the water causing you to gain weight In the process. It also dilutes the concentration in your blood and electrolytes. So you have to be careful.

If you drink more than 64oz in a day some times, your body well feel like it's drowning!!! On just keep it between 8 & 9 cups a day and you should feel fine and hydrated!!! ?
