Pelvic Girdle Pain
I have the WORST pelvic girdle pain/leg cramps. I can never stay asleep at night. Sometimes when I sit down I feel like my insides just might fall out. I wake up crying in the middle of the night. I'm 23 weeks..I don't know if I can take 16 and a half more weeks at this, someone please give me advice! Tylenol doesn't even touch the pain :(
