OPK question
First of all, I have PCOS so my hormone levels are all over the place. Second, I have been taking femara so this is what leads me to my question... is it possible to ovulate and OPKs to not pick it up? I feel like I am having symptoms (but I hardly ever ever ever ovulate), so it may be in my head.
