Unable to Orgasm- HELP!

I can't seem to have an orgasm no matter what I do. Whether it's masturbating or having sex with my husband, it never happens. I always feel like I'm really close but it just hits a plateau. It's not only worrying me but my husband as well. We always wind up getting tired and never finishing and it puts strain on our relationship. I really don't want to go to a gyno or any other doctor. I just don't have the time in my busy schedule. If anyone has any suggestions at all, please help.
