Cm plz help no pic

Hi ladies. I have never experienced this ever before. For last 4/5 days I've noticed more cm but I never had this before it's white creamy and stretchy doesn't smell or anything. I'm 8 dpo had a few symptoms sore nipples, headaches, cramping for 4 days on both sides. Did hpt bfn. Am
