HELP!! I can't figure out how to calculate my cycle after IUD removal.

So here's the skinny. I had my Mirena IUD in for only 6 months. My AF started May 25 but was real spotty not real heavy like usual so I had my IUD removed anyway on May 27. I continued to spot for several days but again no real heavy cycle but I counted it as my period. My DF and I starting BD'ing that same day and all through my cycle. I now have very sore breasts and a terrible head cold (which I had at the beginning of my last pregnancy, might be coincidence) also some mild cramping, bloating, and what I thought could be implantation around 8/9 dpo. I calculated my cycle starting from the 25th so my AF should have been here Friday but it didn't show. I have tested many times and all BFN. I'm just wondering if I should be counting my cycle from the beginning of the last AF, or IUD removal date, or if this month is a write off? I'm so confused! I had my period all through having the IUD so it shouldn't have to regulate itself again... I just wanted to ask the community before I waste more tests, maybe someone is in the same boat?
