Do you perform regular self breast checks?

If you don't, how come? What could help you be able to do so regularly?

It's hard to know if the lumps I feel are supposed to be there or not.

I don't because I know I have lumps.  I have fibrocyctic breast disease. It is not cancerous or contagious.

YES!!! my mother died of BC at the age of 39. still heartbroken and extra paranoid!! don't want my babies to experience the pain I feel.

I'm terrified of getting breast cancer, so yes I scan for lumps or abnormalities every time I  get out the shower.

I probably should since I had a breast lump removed at the age of 18, but it honestly slips my mind!!
