Tracking O for a few months and monitoring EWCM did it for me - be patient. Time investing in getting to know your body is worth it !! Do some reading, educate yourself and good luck ?

Maybe not obsessing? I don't know I didn't think I was pregnant at all or that it could have happend that month .

As soon as I stopped doing all the opks test and temps, my husband and I just relaxed and had sex when we wanted to and it was less stressful and worked good luck
