How long did it take you to get pregnant?

My husband and I have been trying to have a baby, for about a month. My periods are usually spot on 28 days apart, always. I was supposed to have my period almost 4 days ago, but I haven't even had any symptoms that I'm going to get it. I've taken a pregnancy test a couple days before I was supposed to start (I was anxious) Lol. Then another one yesterday, 3 days AFTER I was supposed to start my period, both test were negative. Should I just wait another week to see if I start, then take another one if I don't?
