Skull theory or placenta theory for gender?!

​I've heard of people using the skull theory for gender or placenta placing theory! I'm 12 weeks! I will go back in 3 weeks to find out the gender for sure! Let's see who can get it right ?

The placenta starts growing wherever the egg implants. The gender of a baby is determined several days before at conception when the sperm ( X, or Y) fertilises the egg (X).  A fertilised egg which is XX is a girl, a fertilised egg which is XY is a boy. This is basic biology. Any placenta theory is pure quackery. The egg will implant where it wants and the placenta then forms there to the lining

I say girl. But if any of you are looking at the genitals, boys and girls look the same at this stage. It's later on that they form into either a penis or clitoris.

Any thoughts if its a boy or girl? The us lady did find out but I won't know until  the gender reveal party my mom is dying to have. She has been planning on having a party since I told her I was trying to concieve. This is at 14 weeks 5 days.​​
