Implantation Bleeding or Irregular Period?

I am usually always regular 28 day cycle with a very heavy Flow. Well I started spotting 1 week before AF is Due , pink red brown spotting enuff for a small thin pad I'm not filling them up at all which is Weird and no real bad cramps. What could this be has anyone ever had this with a successful pregnancy ?​
