How did you break the news??

This is his first so I wanted a clever way to break the news. Between his sister, her husband and I we came up with this... He read it 4 times before it sunk in....lol!!! Look on his face was priceless!!!​

I made the frame and had the onesie made, then wrapped them in a large gift box and surprised him after work, the Friday before Father's Day ?​​

Haha with my dh, he knew I was going to test and the line was so faint, I was asking him if he saw anything. My mom came over the next day and I told her I wanted her opinion on something. I had her close her eyes and handed her the test. The next day was Wednesday, so I texted my mom in law and asked her if we could come over after church that night because we had something for them. I took a picture of our positive test and wrote our edd on it. Then I got them an anniversary card, bc our edd is their anniversary! I stuck the picture inside and wrote something like I know it's a while until your anniversary but your present is in the works! Her face was priceless when she read it!!​

Unintentionally that night at dinner. DH went in the restaurant to get a seat while a friend and I parked and got her kids out of the car. He ordered me a hard cider while waiting and I had to turn it down. Convinced him more fully when we got home and I showed him the stick. I had planned on doing something cute, but hey! Life happens...

Those are all so cute, I didn't have anything planned and I randomly took a test thinking it would be negative so I just got a card that said you are expecting a pea in a pod you must be so happy and tied a ballon to it that said congratulations! I picked him up from work with it he was so confused..
