Ugh... Negative opk... But ovulation symptoms

I have a regular 26-28 day cycle....had no problem getting pregnant with my first.. Took the first month!! 2 days of having sex!! Well we're trying for baby #2.... This is the third month!!! I've been doing opk but they never read positive! I have all the symptoms of ovulation like cramping and bloating and ewcm ...so I think I ovulate.... I'm on my tww now... Hoping we got lucky... Anyone else have this problem ??
