Baby hiding

I'm 20 years old and still live at home with my parents and I haven't told them I'm pregnant. I find this so wierd I'm 12 weeks pregnant and everytime I'm alone like in the shower or In my room my belly gets big and when I'm around my parents it goes back to normal. I think baby know my parents don't know about him yet lol
