What can I do differently? TTC for 5 months

Hello wonderful ladies of glow. I am 33 years old ( 5 months shy of 34)... TTc for my first. My periods are regular... Around 19.5 BMI.. No health issues that I know of... For the past two cycles, I used the clear blue opk and BDed atleast once during the two most fertile days... No luck so far.... Because of my age, I am getting really anxious... What would you suggest I do differently? When should I see the doctor to test for fertility problem?

Hi. I just got my bfp yesterday after trying for 6 months. One of the biggest things I did differently this cycle was cut down drastically on caffeine and ate pineapple core for the 5 days after O. Good luck and baby dust!

I got my bfp 10 months Into trying - I took Robitussin (guaifenesin the only active ingredient - very important). Also eat pineapple 5 days before and 5 days after ovulation. Fingers crossed for you

I used Preseed, charted my temp, cervical mucus, and used ClearBlue advance ovulation digital every other day.

BD every day that you're fertile including 2-3 days after you get a +OPK. EVERYDAY!

This time (and received my BFP) I tried preseed and mucinex -- we BD ever day during fertile window. My DH took Maca and I meditated for 20 mins a day to reduce stress -- I also went ahead and had wine while we were trying this round

What we did was use opks, preseed and softcups. I also drank Pom juice. We BD two days before my first positive opk then the day I got my positive and the day after. I used softcups overnight each time. I don't get ewcm (only watery) so the preseed helped.

The month I got my BFP after 12 months ttc I made sure to BD every other day and for the first time I took mucinex ( to thin CM) the week I though I ovulated and I got my BFP that month :) hope this helps good luck and baby dust to ya!!!

Try and pin point O and then bd more often on few days up to and including O assuming hubby as no sperm count issues.

​It took us 5 months after coming off BC and this is how we achieved
​
​1) charted bbt
​2) monitored CM and learnt what fertile was for me
​3) used CB ovulation monitor
​4) used pre seed
​5) bd 3 days b4 O and day of O

Have you tried BBT? I've never used OPK but BBT can help to confirm ovulation. OPK just alerts you that it is coming but you can have a surge and not actually ovulate or have a second surge and ovulate later. I think doing BBT would help on conjunction with OPK to confirm your ovulation to help to time BD. 
​I tried for 4 cycles and on the 4th I got my BFP. The only thing I did differently that cycle was take vitamin b complex because my LP was on the short side.
