Christian vs fertility drugs... God given, or unnatural?

I've just found out that I've stopped ovulating. It took 11 months ttc dd who's now nearly three and we've been tying one year for #2. I'm nearly 32. My doctor said if there r no probs w DH sperm count I'll b looking at Clomid/clomifene. But I worry that if god didn't will it, maybe it was for a good reason? And should we force sthing unnatural? I know fertility treatment is quite commonplace these days, but it's a new concept for us to consider and I've always thought we shouldn't mess with gods plan and nature. Comments from other Christians please?

I think that God have gifts to people (who created the medicine) to help women. He doesn't just perform miracles in the church but also through the hands of people around us ?

I have struggled so much with this. I do believe that God performs miracles through other people and through medicine. All life is a gift from God! So once you have the baby, you know it is God's Will because he/she was a gift from Him.

I too struggled with this decision. This is my first cycle on Femara. Been TTC for a year and 1/2. I spoke with my pastors wife along with other women of my church. They all basically told me the same thing.... God's will, will be done and in His time! I prayed over this decision after that, doors just continued to open. Doctor suggested it, insurance covered appts to monitor it, RX was only $2....All signs were loud and clear yes for me. I am hoping for great results, but I am still and always will be submissive to God's plans for me and my family!

Someone very religious said to me that god gave doctors the ability to use medicine to help people. I believe this as well. Talk to someone in your church if you want some more comfort in this. It's certainly not an easy question to be answered.

I think having access to fertility drugs can be seen as a gift from our Heavenly Father, just because it's difficult for someone to get pregnant without them doesn't mean He doesn't want those ladies to try other ways to get their little miracle :)

This is an issue that I know ought to bother me more but it hasn't yet. And I'm bothered that I'm not bothered! I guess I'm still struggling on how to love Him more than anything else, more than having a family. I share your burden! I think all we can do is pray about it and trust that He will open doors for you in a way that will make sense at the end of it.

No it's not against Gods will. My pastor said that God heals by miracles and also thru medicine. Nothing happens anyways without God. He has the final say at the end.

I take all the prenatals ur meant to and am restarting Vitex today. What other natural supplements would u suggest?

have you considered natural supplements?  I was told I'd have to adopt or use donor eggs if I wanted a baby. I started taking supplements and doing acupuncture and got my bfp two months later.
