Hello all, I got my BFP today, I've tried calling my doctor but he's left for today . I just want to know .. What do I do now, may seem like a silly question but I mean, how soon do I need to start taking vitamins? Can someone please tell me.. I'm nearly 3 weeks gone

Doc will make you come in around 7/8 weeks. Start taking prenatals now. Congrats!

If you haven't been taking folic acid, you should start taking that immediately. If you have gotten an obvious BFP you don't need the dr to confirm it but it is a good idea to have an initial appointment with him so he can talk through next steps
